Invoices, receipts and currency

Where invoices live, what they show, and why phas.au bills in AUD and phas.nz in NZD.

Invoices

Billing lists your recent invoices with the date, amount and status. Each one opens as a hosted page you can print or save as a PDF. Invoices are issued when a subscription bills and when a one-off charge such as a domain registration or renewal is made.

The billing details on the same page, your name, business name and address, appear on every invoice from the moment you save them. Update them before a charge if they need to change; issued invoices are not reissued.

Receipts

The email you receive when a charge succeeds is the receipt. It names the item and the amount, and links to the invoice.

Currency

Site Currency
phas.au Australian dollars (AUD)
phas.nz New Zealand dollars (NZD)

The currency follows the site you bought on and is fixed for that subscription. Prices are the same figures on both sites. An order's confirmation and its invoices name the currency explicitly.

Tax

Australian invoices include GST where it applies and show it as a separate line. If you need an invoice to carry a different business name or a tax number, update the billing details and open a ticket for any invoice already issued.
